Heston Blumenthal, the British celebrity chef, and owner of multiple Michelin Star restaurants has recently launched a line of stunningly crafted grills and grill accessorizes called Everdure by Heston.
Everdure’s latest creation aptly named the 4K, celebrates the 4,000 years man has been cooking Kamado-style over a flame but throws in modern conveniences and features normally found in commercial kitchens.

Temperatures can be managed from a low and slow 230 degrees to a scorching 725, which is perfect for searing. The top & bottom vents are clearly marked by numbers so you can consistently repeat your favorite temperature settings. Rarely found in the grilling world, moisture/humidity can easily be controlled via an easily accessible, built-in water container.
